And its still infecting and killing people every year - via its mutations.

Yup, every year, the Swine Flu mutates.

This year alone in the US, there has been 19M infections and over 10,000 deaths.

Is that what you think the Chinese Gov should do?

Just let it go and let it infect some 60M people worldwide?
