I can see you have never been to China or understand how the Chinese Gov do things.
Maybe you should visit and see for yourself, before making assumptions and drawing conclusions.
If you don't trust data coming out of China, go through the data from overseas countries - there are now nearly 300 infected patients outside China, and only 2 deaths.
That is less than 1%.
Focus on those stats. And then compare it to the current Swine Flu stats from the US.
