if u lease the land .we then have lease repayments.
if u lease the land u would not improve the land ,new fencing water feeds etc
how can you guarantee the new owner to change his mind and do something else with the land.
the new owner could put lease prices up each year .
who knows ,its turned from a good story company, to this shambled sell the farm company.
