If that was true mate I'd say Jerko is a horrendously Ill equipped operator. You think they wouldn't start conversations about funding prior to permits when it was considered a done deal by AGY management? I don't think Mitsu would have done the HOA under any assumption of potential permit failure.
facts are AGY is no longer fast track anything. It's now a standard ramp up albeit of a small volume of lithium and a small funding requirement. Every day without funding is a day of no progress. We have hectares of ponds evaporating and no plant capacity to process it. I'm still shocked funding was not able to be aligned to permits given it took 7 months since submission for their approval and only $15mil USD is required. Management has dropped the ball here IMO
