How did VMC get their asses whuped (it is 'whooped')
They just made Spx pay a shitload of money for lawyers, slowed down turnover and drilling, studies, and then walked away with nearly a mill... so how much did SPX ACTUALLY just pay for the WHOLE SCENARIO? what did VMC just pay? 850 000 just covered VMC'S cost and probably a sly contract with earninga out of Penny West for VMC that none of the public would know about... good ol' settlements!! Bring back cheques I say
