The bad outcomes in my opinion is if MAY with only a 28% holding gets to control MEL because of shareholder apathy . The chairman does not automatically have your proxy if you do nothing . If you believe in what the BOD are doing give your proxies to the chairman . If you do nothing you do not participate in any vote . If you do nothing , you cannot complain if there is an outcome you do not like or did not expect . I will wait to see the proposals and how the directors intend to vote . Decide what is in my own best interests and then I WILL VOTE . In all probability I will give my proxy to the Chairman . There may be an attempted bank robbery soon . VOTE .
