IMO the course of events seem way too slick and I'm not convinced a viable gold mine can suddenly become worthless (to share holders) as portrayed in the correspondence we have all received from Deloitte . As such I'm planning to investigate the pros and cons of a class action.
I have a well known legal firm in mind but I think it would be helpful to diligently compile a chronological file to present the substance of the claim.
Eg - MOY Announcements during the past two years or so. (116 Reports Commsec).
That's a lot for one person to download.
Any volunteers to help spread the work load?
Relevant References (Report Title/ Paragraph #) I think would be helpful.
Any other relevant (inside) information would also be helpful.
Better sooner than later before it all disappears.
