I would have expected the directors to hold out for a better deal. This may still happen if there is another bid. This bid takes advantage of the depressed price which was due for a rerate today anyway because of the court problem being settled. Makes one wonder what carrot is offered to the directors to make their "prize" better than ours. Will they get other benefits from RMS as well. They should be asked this question by ASIC.
Not all that happy. I think we have been duded.
