I am fully aware that the ask for further particulars means that ISX’s statement of claim was possibly as loose as their disclosures and financial reports appear to have been. As I said, ISX shareholders would be much better served if ISX just supplied the information required when it is required rather than playing games at every turn.

but more importantly, unless these particulars change the final report, we’ve now passed the 7th. Will we finally see the findings and recommended actions?
