scarpa wrote (42826444) "even if AVZ is able to secure that additional 5% equity from the government, the DRC govt will still have 25% of AVZ".That's not right according to the Notice of General Meeting announcement (p7) from around December "The Manono project is owned by the Company who holds a 60% interest, La Congololaise d'Exploitation Miniere SA (a State-owned enterprise) who holds a 25% interest and Dathomir Mining Resources SARL (a privately-owned company) (Dathomir Mining) who holds a 15% interest. Either the company report is wrong or (more likely in my opinion it is correct and) Dathomir have shaken down Cominiere for another 5% for all the amazing 'facilitation' services they've brought to their original joint venture partner. OKR had a price sensitive announcement today with NF and LM signing off - and following the announcement to AJN on the canadian stock exchange we find in the AJN announcement that Klaus and Dathomir Mining Resources SARL are to getting finders fees again. Some hustles and hustlers just never get old apparently. Given the diligence of the regulators and the reliability of the stooges why would they? Klaus hits up the retail rubes on disalloweds and Dathomir Mining Resources SARL funnels value away from the state-enterprises (and the congolese people) into the hands of .. well who do you reckon ?
