@Gpmm , the expanded explanation below the dot point you have quoted clarifies: "Canndeo Canada will target the over 369,000 Canadian medical client registrations accessing medicinal cannabis under existing valid authorities (as at September 2019, per Health Canada)."
Bear in mind that this was numbers as of Sept 2019, there might be 400,000+ to target by now for sales. It is a very competitive market though with established players having been there for quite some time. Couldn't hurt to give them a shake up.
