Binary outcome still in play here. Either they finally get the approval and the SP goes to 30cents and perhaps beyond. Or they don’t get the approval and the SP tanks back to 2 cents. Just like last year in March 2019. That’s why the risk is still very high and the market remains sceptical and hence, why some and maybe many shareholders have been selling to derisk their holdings.
