I recently read a book..."Liars Poker", written in 1987 by chap who was in the "boiler room" at saloman Bros. in 1985. He describes how a young trader was lookig for something new so he could make millions like Milken with the Junk Bonds. He found a way for Mortgage lenders to onsell the mortgage, by turning them into bonds
It is quite complicated what they did but I think today is a result of his "brilliant" idea.
I am not an economist but i can see the connection.

I think there must be 90% of the shareholders in APG are holders and only 10% traders or borrowers who have to sell. Those who did not borrow and can wait must be rewarded.
Not much longer now, world economies Will recover.
