Not sure if it's a good time to buy 'stocks'.
I think you have to be very careful. As I said companies with no debt, no funding issues going forward, defensive sector, tigntly held with a very strong and loyal shareholder register and finally and most importantly good growth prospects in any market conditions. Sorry I have to add proven- management.
