no, they will spend on lifestyle before they will spend on health care unless they have a major scare. elective mainstream health care runs a distant fifth to holiday spending, car servicing, cigarettes, alcohol, TV's, restaurants, mortgages, etc. The public are reactionary rather than proactive.
I dont hold much faith in the IMI business model.
