Oh ok, so being a "speccy" doesn't require a business plan. Having a business that is absolutely sales driven doesn't require KPI's and targets. I want to know what the company expect / target for revenue this calendar year. I want that target to include major deals they could land IF they are able to actually fulfil those orders. I am fed up with the CEO failing and hiding / escaping punishment. Set a target and bloody well hit it. Make these "laser focused" staff deliver. Fix the damn manufacturing issue if you claim cash isn't the problem. The candle is over 3 months out of stock!! Damn well up your game and be accountable. Otherwise you're a failure which is exactly what we have as a CEO already.
