I traded in my FSE the other day to support some more BMN,
and wanted to back the leader of RES and FSE of the two with more.
SO, todays 14c, is too cheap to last.
Add that to my orig 5.3 entry, makes it about a 9c av.
This stock is a year or so ahead of FSE, but has the australian assets to back it up, TAS etc.
The day after the melt down, look to those stocks still at yesterdays prices. The market isn't quite sure enough to back them.
As coals go, have noticed how well EER have held during the sell off.
Interesting observation, when an investment bank gets into trouble we see a lot of good stocks gtting hammered. Is this due to the nominee groups on their registras? I ask this, as its also these groups who would lend stock out for shorts, as well as needing to sell off themselves if liquidating.
I'm just wandering if the best stocks to own in this environment are the ones who have a resitry void of such groups. (but then, they may also be your friends in cap raisings)
AGO and UMC are cheap, interested but cash shy.
cheers.
