‘Construction phase’. Now we see why so many retailers bought in and are now stuck here. The only construction here in the last year or so has been the 3 mth construction of a website.
*I hope we all got over the drama created by a poster noting that a fellow poster won’t be around in 100 years- what a hubbub in that created! Imagine- noting that we who are posting today ( most of us over the age of 20 ), won’t be around at the age of 120+?! Oh the humanity!
