Pretty sad all around.  I really doubt that George had much to do with the administration side of the business.  

Unpaid overtime is rife in the hospitality industry.  Neil Perry’s Rockpool group have been accused of the same thing as have a lot of other high profile chefs/restaurants.

What pisses me off more though Is the elaborate corporate structures of these high end restaurants that protect the “owners” and limit the tax to zero.

Where’s the ato chasing these frauds?  Yet they smash the small business owner who does not have the same resources to fight back.
