Shareholder approval means nothing until we get SARB and JSE because the deal is subject to all three. Thats why we dont have board appointments and investors loading up just yet. Once we get SARB approval we basically will have JSE listing in the bag and we can expect a significant re-rating.

Shareholder approval was always a certainty.
