Cannifarms - They will send off the last package today (US time) to HC which is just evidence that items they flagged are corrected. These are all very minor things, and HC have 10 days to respond, so at the final stages. They'll be able to sell wholesale straight away, the prices are still very firm in Canada and the price is better for flowers with a high THC. You will recall Oakum had their THC levels right up there. I noticed from one of Oakum's tweets they already have some of their product in stores.

Freshero - All still on track, as previously said they were affected by the fires and now the floods. Still expecting a JV to be signed soon. The pilot plant they talked of in the Qtly is not for testing but to show prospective customers, Freshero's JV and eventual order has nothing to do with the pilot plant & is not dependent on it.

Adam said he hopes to have news out soon, I pushed him as to what "soon" is, he said he expected before months end but did not want to over commit. The news I think in relation to orders additional to Siksika - which he also expects by month's end.

The expected spend of $1.5m next month had a sizeable part as machine manufacture for expected orders, so there will be offsetting income
