I knew there was going to be a cap raise. lucky it's quite small. I think the prudent thing to do would be raise up to half the debt at least. the SP would rise even though there was massive dilution as the project would become viable via the reduced interest bill. anyway, this should keep us going until things improve.will be interesting to see what the refi package looks like.
