There is a huge difference between a statement of negative comment and implying a respected BOD made up of some highly credentialed individuals; are thieves and fraudsters. Unless of course, before making the statement, you have evidence to the contrary.

Perhaps some research into the origins of Draco(nian) law may convince you how silly your comment is and perhaps you won't be so appalled or offended.
