ANZ want to settle. They even argued that the date should be March 27 themselves at Wednesday's hearing. This would have made things a lot easier in getting a DOCA arranged but, as the "pedant" (if I can use TheAnt's term for him)himself said, it's still up to the parties involved to set the terms of any mediated agreement. Mediation was set to take 2 months from August 1, so an October 15 meeting fits with this timetable.
