Good point really.
The UNV punters can say what they want about TER and the price, but its basically a foregone conclusion at the end of the day.
TER is already a 47.5% shareholder, and they are gonna get control sooner or later...
It won't take much more than to approach a few medium sized shareholders, some on mkt buying, or a friendly investment bank offering them a derivative structure that does the buying for them.
And that's assuming there is zero takeup of the bid from any of the other shareholders who have ridden this down from 36c to 24c this year.
~13m shares will get them there (?)... And they could buy the 250k on offer at 24c on the screen now for less than the TO price, and be another 2.5% of the way to the controlling stake they want!
Looking forward to getting it done and having the two combined.
