    When allowing for superannuation (9% I think) and adding in non-executive directors' fees, there's not much change out of $600,000 p.a.

    I'm no guru with numbers, but it appears that three raisings of $200,000 are required annually just to pay Ostergaard, Tot, Everist and Edwards.
