re: re:howard and his big fat gst lie 14 years in actually sentosa, 5 employees and currently very sucessful!! As for "more paperwork" the only people complaining are those who were not keeping up with it or still using the old shoebox accounting system, personally I find it to be much the same as WST however do admit spending a lot of time reprogramming and reworking price lists etc when it was first introduced!
