Every time it rains the science deniers miss quote this out of context..
He was referring to specific areas and talking about the affect heat/drought can have on run off in specific areas and he is talking hypothetically..
How dumb can you get, sure he is not a climatologist and doesn't have the best predictions but what he is trying to point out is valid... Just ask farmers that are still drought affected..
