I gave you the link to the world leader in steel fiber flooring, call them and ask for general ranges... you will find 15kg/m3 - 20kg/m3 is as a rule of thumb, but it's entirely application dependent.
So you can do an easy comparison ... 4D is used in jointless. DATASHEET
Mostly used in jointless industrial flooring slabs ( i don't think I've seen any info from Eden on jointless slabs )
Workability is not a hard problem to solve. that's why a lot of house slab mixes today use even have a small dose of superplasticizer, it's very cheap ( because chem suppliers use it as their "in" for the concrete/precast/Readymix company. )
It would be interesting to see an SF durability test vs Edencrete.
