    they know that raising won’t help share holders, more dilution & dilution...they will drop it to 2c level again then buy big and then start pumping again for multiple baggers...the holders that are stuck for long are chicken for them...for me it is only buy when an insider buy more than million dollars skin otherwise they just keep bleeding
