I know I shouldn't be surprised but hard to believe no AGM has yet been scheduled. My legal knowledge is a bit limited but there is a requirement under the Corporations Act to hold an AGM within 5 months of the end of the financial year. I am not aware of any exceptions to this requirement. This should be an easy follow up for ASIC, has anyone written to them advising HML is in breach of this requirement?
