In their defense and for ongoing conversation. Ab1 are facing all brand new rules.

Yes you are probably correct ...maybe their advisors should of had a better understanding of the new rules and told ab1 to quickly step into line. Maybe they were a bit slow on the uptake. Those advisors are not around anymore from what I understand.

We are the first company to take the asx head on rather than throwing our hands up and being delisted. In some ways i think its fair to say that ab1 was unfairly targeted a little bit too.....one could argue that in comparison to other stocks that get away with murder.

hey i could be totally wrong and in a month you could be saying "i told you so" which is only fair..... but other than these little oversights that have been turned into a big thing now I dont see any huge problems here that keep up at night. I feel looked after even if we are delisted.

From what I understand ab1 will address everything in its power to the asx and to step into line perfectly with their rules...and if the asx still delists us ...I will think its unfair.
