    I think that a Roc NXS deal would need to be done by NXS accepting the ROC offer first. NXS would then hold ROC shares and a share swap could be completed. The holdings are not going to have the eaxact same value so there would be some smaller level of overhang which could either be sold on market or placed with a broker.
