    I agree with your statement - its about the trend - it can't be argued that sea levels have fallen over the last 2-3 years and ice has increased, there are fewer extreme weather events etc etc but that doesn't prove anything - it could be a blip.

    But it isn’t what the GW models predicted - in fact its the opposite of what the models predicted - tempretatures have been going down while the emission of climate gasses has been incresing exponentially. If that doesn't make you skeptical about the models then I suggest it should.

    One alternative explanation is that the warming experienced over recent decades has had little to do with human activity - that's where I am. Join us - it's fun over here.

    BTW sea level has been rising for the last 150 years, since long before it could be attributed our evil pollutin' ways. Ditto half the warming last century that happened pre 1940.

    Now stop whipping youself, take off the hair-shirt - go out and enjoy your weekend free of the burden of guilt.
