Well maybe maybe not, they keep winning sizable contracts(not always announced at ASX but at their site) They are undervalued(apparently well below break up value) a re rating has been in play, with a break above 32c of the stage one base (2 years in the making) would have it on many radars.
Since the base break out it has been consolidating/absorbing sellers which will hopefully see it take out the 36.5c high and move onward for the next leg up.
