I think that with Mr Tribe at the helm and with such a large shareholding/ commitment they must be chasing something they think is within their grasp, and they believe this large investment in USA exposure is critical With other bios this sort of move judt seems to happen then nothing changes as they burn cash and roll from cr to cr. In this case it seems they have a definite target and seemingly a well plotted course to get there. whatever is required to progress they just do it, again no millions of dollars in consultants. At least that is how it seems to me.
