Does it almost entirely depend on OCJ? Hope my figures and logic are true?
TIO shares 55.56%
OCJ shares 21.75%
Others shares 22.69%
Non TIO shares is then 44.44% (OCJ plus others)
To vote down the robbery of the PIOP the vote will need to be more than 50% of 44.44% which is 22.22%
Assuming OCJ vote against, only 0.47% of shares are needed to vote no, these shares being held by others.
I cannot see on this basis how the vote can get a yes?
