from the last ann describing strengths of NS. seeing we are doing possibles here (not facts). there is strength in this NS strategy and after the success of the deal, ANZ as a partner of NS could offer to expand our loan if more finance is needed for future expansion, or indeed future acquisitions. (ps like some other posters I made that all up apart from the quoted sentence)

after the acquisition OBJ will become Wellfully, this is fact.
they will have an innovation vertical, devices vertical , including bodyguard, reduit (haircare, skincare and hygiene ) and Nutrition - manufacturing, distribution and innovations in nutrition and healthcare products.
this last statement isn't jumping at shadows or something I have heard from phone calls, this is from an asx announcement.
it is more than I hoped for when I initially bought my shares. will it be a success? time will tell but the plan is laid out in writing, as fact in an asx announcement!!!
