Good times and bad, there is always money to be made from RE. And the RE world does not revolve around Sydney and Melbourne.

I think you will find Melb and Sydney are ALL that matters.

There is talk about a 20% increase to home prices this year, I'd personally like to see a 30%. Ideally 20% by mid year.

I think it will be really good for the country.
