Mister Market is in a constant state of accumulation (buying) and distribution (selling). Without it, there would be no market. The other common term is smart money and dumb money. The only way to know if it is 'smart' money distributing to 'dumb' money, or vice versa, is to have access to the books and records, which of course, we don't... unless you do..Just an observation.
