HI Rossi70, Thanks very much for your analysis. A couple of quick questions please for my education. Why $4 $5 etc re barrel of oil. Is this the net return after costs and other farm in returns due to 88E?
Also this seems like a spot value. Do you put into your analysis that it will take a significant amount of time and money to bring the field to market, then time to produce it and earn returns over a number of years? do you discount that number to get your $4? Or is $4 the estimated price an operator would simply pay for the resource once the potential reserves have been proven to 2P? Thank you
