no I havent heard of that before and cant really find anything on it
maybe its a variation on the coutback line approach or more likely similar to a Darvas box wich he`s into.( the countback line is an excellent little trick for spotting trend reversal and support/resistance)but as always the stock must have a good backtest result for its reliability(a simple look at the chart)
I would be very interested if you can find out what it is
