I would have thought that a financial bailout in the US and a corresponding recovery in the ANZ share price should ease tensions in the camp and assist in the mediation and settlementy process.

Hopefully this is not too naive ... I appreciate that there maybe those that would like ANZ to be punished on the score board for what they have done but I do not think a $9 share price would help the cause of Opes clients.
