What does that notice say?
Did it just say a cash amount for the working interest % or did it say a cash amount for the holding company.
The panel did not rule on the compliance of the original notice and it may well be compliant, if FAR launch another legal stoush I would be a little surprised unless the legal bill is a "game over" black swan and a battle to save the company is the game at hand. Lets hope they get better legal advice this time.
