We just found a big seam. a single drill hole in our 7 million acre or whatever field.
Parties are interested - we know that from the last announcement.
Sharks are circling.
Would you rather dilute the shares on issue by say 10-20% with shareholders participating.
Or would you flog off 50% of the company now in a JV, not knowing what you exactly have or how large.
A CR will make the company stronger by improving its balance sheet.
It just depends on what price they want to raise at.
IMO if the gas content result is circa > 10 m3 this should pop big time.
