Invitation to shareholder presentation

Back in January I received an invitation by regular mail to a presentation for "major shareholders" to be held in March.

I received an email yesterday from Jodie Lindsay AVZ requesting my shareholding account name and number of shares held.

I was surprised that they needed this information - isn't it on the registry?

On a side note, my holdings a touch over 2m. I wouldn't have considered that to be "major". I wonder how many have been invited?
