Thanks Col It's a pity we don't have our correspondence from the Yankee any more to shine a small light on the ground over there. This is a dry argument vis-à-vis MSB dual listing. I know there are supposed to be benefits from having the ADR, but whatever they are completely escapes me. Our big investors and the big manipulators seem to find their way straight to the ASX without any help. so who cares, although I wouldn't mind the value back that was destroyed on the ADR launch by the "helpers" on the US side. Its not easy being a small fish in a capitalist shark pool like USA. Of all the impediments to our survival there is just one stand out that I suggest people should be worrying about.....Short Sellers.
Their only goal is to drive the share price down.
Put another way: to manipulate the shares and / or the company.
But Our legislators are too busy with pseudo political law, like competition law....should we have 4 Telcos or 3 Telcos?
