I am and believe all shareholders should be concerned at the proposed gift to AC of 60 million options both because of the sheer volume and voting power he will have and secondly the substantial profit he could make. For example, if the ARV share price hits 30c, which I believe it could , he stands to profit more than A$14 million.
Additionally, the value of Paterson to ARV shareholders will not be known for a while as we have to wait for Newcrest to do their work and then ARV needs to drill some holes.
In the meantime we have a huge PGM depoist at MM waiting to be mined and processed and should be starting some work on that NOW!
