If you were a parent in China facing the Coronavirus crisis, wouldn't you be in touch with every Chinese friend and family in Australia to buy as much a2 IF as you could aford??
Enough for your child and the rest to sell knowing theres a shortage.
Not much in life is certain, but this seems fairly straight forward ;-)
