You can only go into VA if a company is insolvent and with cash in the bank and an income, then technically, DCN is NOT insolvent.

Reserves may be lower but DCN would appear to be a going concern.

Not sure where all of this talk about them going under in a weeks time is coming from. Does anyone have any other information that we should know about that might explain it? I mean, the idea could have been dropped in by someone wanting the opening SP after the announcement to drop dramatically so they could snap some up cheaply - or there could be some real material information to support the idea. If there is, can someone share that please.
